We need to learn to surrender and let go we need to accept rather than resist. The author describes that there is much resistance in our lives and “resistance creates tension and anxiety and makes life a burden.” He continues to explain that excepting reality and exploring the nature of ourselves and reasons why we resist things will help us to live more fulfilled lives. This book is quite profound and has similar vibes as any Eckhart Tolle book. ![]()
